Warranty & Return


We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your Retulp drinking bottle. Scratches and dents caused by falling or normal use that do not affect the use or safety of the bottle do not qualify for warranty. We are proud of the quality of our products and stand behind what we make, but the bottles remain consumer products. So please note that wear and tear such as scratches may occur to the coating and printing on your stainless steel bottle during normal use. Cleaning your bottle in a dishwasher may cause the coating to come off or the cap to fail. This has to do with the temperature of the dishwasher. For this reason we advise against using a dishwasher and this is not covered by the guarantee. Retulp bottles have a maximum six-month guarantee. This guarantee will at all times be assessed by one of the Retulp resellers or employees.



Always let us know at if you want to return an item before sending it to us. 

You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After the cancellation, you will have another 14 days to return the products. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs refunded to your account within 14 days. The costs of returning the products from your home to Retulp are for your own account. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. So it must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Personalized and engraved products cannot be returned.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We hereby state whether the refund is approved or rejected.
